A store credit or exchange is accepted on unworn merchandise within 7 days of receiving your order. All exchanges must be pre-authorized by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org before sending your items back. All shipments must be postmarked within 5 business days of receiving authorization.
All merchandise must be returned unworn, unwashed, in their original condition with tags attached. Customers are responsible for the cost of shipping merchandise back to us. A store credit or exchange will be processed within 14 days after we receive the returned merchandise. Customers have 90 days to use their credit. We are not responsible for lost packages.
All sales are final.
Gift cards both in store and online expire after 1 year.
Jewelry, swimwear, towels, hats, shoes, socks, vintage clothing, and hair accessories are not returnable.
Due to the large volume of orders we receive we are unable to cancel or amend orders. Please take great care when placing your orders – each order is a commitment to buy and cannot be changed.
You can return your order once you receive it, according to the procedure outlined in the ‘Returns’ section above.
Murray & Finn will not disclose your information to other organizations or third parties. Any personal information that you provide is confidential and used to process your order. We may use your email to contact you about new products and special promotions. If you would like to have your name removed from our mailing list, please email email@example.com.
For international shipping the receiver is responsible for any/all taxes and customs duties. Murray & Finn is not responsible for international shipments lost in transit.
